Noel McKenney
Principal
Noel is the Principal Partner having commenced Sole Practice of Noel McKenney & Co Pty Ltd in 1995.
Noel brings over thirty years of experience to the Practice in Taxation and Business Services.
Noel holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants, The Australian Society of CPAs and The Taxation Institute of Australia.
Noel enjoys Trekking and travelling to remote and obscure locations, music, sport & keeping fit.

Paul Millard
Accountant
Paul has been working with various Chartered and CPA firms in the Taxation and Business Services sector since completing a Bachelor Commerce degree in 1993 at UWA. Further studies to gain Chartered Accountant status were completed in 1997 and he also has the designation of Chartered Tax Advisor status from the Taxation Institute of Australia.
Paul joined the firm as a Taxation Accountant in November 1998.
When he is not minimising the tax payable of clients he maintains his running fitness to ensure that he continues to finish ahead of Noel in the 12km City to Surf Fun Run each year. He has a keen interest in all sports, especially Australian Rules Football.

Joanne Liaw
Accountant
Joanne attained a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Professional Accounting and Information Systems) from Murdoch University and has gained some great experience at Ernst & Young Malaysia and in commercial sector after graduation. She continued her education and obtained a CPA qualification in 2008. Since then she has been working with Perth based CPA firms providing Taxation and Business Services.
When she is not busy crunching numbers, Joanne loves spending time with her two young children and family, being outdoors, travelling and socialising with friends.
